The breakfast was amazing with delicious pancakes and friendly attendants. The room was clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff, especially the ladies on the 3-11 shift, were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a convenient location in North Carolina.

This place is in a great location with stunning scenery close to waterfalls, Cherokee, and downtown, and the rooms come with a good breakfast.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The room was spacious and had a comfortable pull-out sleeper for the kids. Additionally, the hotel allowed us to check in early, which was greatly appreciated. The staff was very accommodating and found us a room that met my mother's disability needs without any hassle. Despite some negative reviews, I found the beds to be comfortable enough, especially compared to another hotel I stayed at. The breakfast offered was nice, and my kids especially loved the indoor pool. Another great aspect was the hotel's location, as it was conveniently close to Western Carolina University, the towns of Sylva and Dillsboro, and the highway. The surrounding area provided a charming and scenic atmosphere.

The only downside to my stay was that I couldn't stay longer.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Sylva for a few nights while escaping Hurricane Irma. The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially considering our situation with a pet. They even provided care packages for those affected by the storm. The breakfast was impressive, with fresh omelettes, Cinnabon rolls, and a cool automatic pancake machine. The staff, particularly the woman who managed the breakfast area, was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.
